Shipping:

Make sure correct shipping address (detailed street number, city, state, consignee name, contact information and zip code) as we are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is uncorrected.
Please email us the correct mailing address within 10 hours of placing order. Address corrections sent after 10 hours of placing orders may incur shipping difficulties. Diamond Lush Hair Collection is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect locations due to customer inputting incorrect address at the time of order. We will make our best effort to intercept the package, but it is not guaranteed. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect address inputs.

Seller service

We only ship the order to the confirmed address provided by the buyer.  All our products are usually shipped within 4 to 7 business days (Monday - Friday).  This does not include weekends.

Once the item shipped, we will update the tracking information for the customer  order by email and on paypal in time.  However due to some uncontrolled reason , such as big sale or big holidays or bad weather etc the shipping maybe delayed and we will also notice the customer in advance.

We do our best to offer you the most reliable and affordable ways of shipping. However, shipping companies, national crisis, and local shipping times vary. Therefore, we are unable to take all responsibility for any delays once the package has left our custody. All of our extensions  and products are shipped from Indianapolis, Indiana. If you do not receive your items on time, please contact us for further assistance. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping address reminder :
Some shipping providers do not allow shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please keep this in mind when placing orders. 

Track Order

Once your order shipped out, we will send the shipping information to your email and also update the shipping on the Paypal. You may also log in our website and check the shipping information in My Account- My Order-View Order-Track Your Order. Or you can check the shipping information on the Express company website .

Shipping Fee

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination.

Billing:

Make sure that you have a correct billing address and contact information as it appears on your bank or credit card statement. Transactions may not go through if the information entered does not match exactly to which your bank or credit card provider has on file. Some transactions may also be held for further verification by our customer experience team.
